Copper deficiency, especially in young or rapidly growing animals, can lead to poor bone development, reduced fertility, and increased susceptibility to disease. Administering CopaJect by injection ensures rapid and sustained copper availability, supporting health and performance during critical periods such as weaning, mating, and seasonal transitions.

Storage
Store below 30 °C. Once opened product must be used within 3 months after first administration. Store away from direct sunlight. Disinfect stopper with 70% alcohol prior to reinserting draw off tube. Re-use with sterile needles, injection gun and draw off tube.

Directions for Use:
- COPAJECT® is a ready-to-use blue suspension that requires a thorough shake before use to ensure a uniform suspension.
- Injection may be repeated at a minimum of every 4 months. If animals are prone to severe copper deficiency, more frequent treatment may be required, but this must be confirmed and managed in consultation with a veterinarian.
- Shake thoroughly before use to ensure a uniform suspension. CopaJect is ready to use through the provided equipment.
- Use correct aseptic injection technique. Check dose accuracy regularly.
- Administer ONLY by subcutaneous injection. Inject into the anterior half of the neck (closest to the head). Do not inject into the muscle.
- Caution during use: When using product, take care to avoid a needle stick injury as self-injection of copper products may cause serious injury. Seek medical advice urgently if self-injected.
Contraindications:
- Do not use in conjunction with any other form of copper supplementation.
- Do not use at the same time as any other treatment such as drenching, vaccination or castration.
- Do not use on animals suffering from poor health, particularly liver disease (e.g. facial eczema).
- Do not use in calves under 4 months of age.
